Log files and cookies
When you visit our website or access a file, data about this process is stored in a log file on our Internet server. This means that when you visit our website, data is automatically collected and stored that your browser transmits to us.

Anonymization of the IP address
In order to enable you to use our website anonymously, we have deliberately refrained from logging IP addresses. We will pseudonymise your IP address before storing it in our web server log file in a data protection compliant process. The pseudonymised IP addresses are used by us, for example, to detect and counteract attacks or to create web statistics.

Contact form
On the website there is a contact form that can be used for electronic contact. Alternatively, it is possible to contact us via the provided e-mail address. If you contact us via one of these channels, the personal data transmitted by the person concerned will be automatically stored. The storage serves solely for the purpose of processing or contacting. The data will not be passed on to third parties. It is forbidden to use the contact form or the blog for offences that are illegal or punishable by law. Misconduct is passed on by us to the competent authority for further investigation.

Fonts, Javascript, Content Management System
This website uses third-party online libraries and services to display all content correctly. These include Google Fonts, Javascript jquery, Recaptcha and the content management services through duda CMS (irp-cdn.multiscreensite.com, duda.co, Palo Alto, U.S.A.). These data are encrypted and retrieved anonymously and further processed in the context of the web presentation of the services anonymized. To comply with GDPR regulations, custom fonts are loaded from the Duda CDN without the need to call the Google Fonts API.

Application for employment
Great that you want to be part of our company. By sending us your application documents, you give us your consent to store, process and forward your personal data for our internal application process. Your personal data will be treated confidentially in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Any personal data from your application and from all attachments that you send us will only be processed to the persons involved by BOB Holding´s personnel department on behalf for the purpose of the application procedure. Your personal data is accessible to the respective managers and is made available to the managers and decision-makers of the relevant specialist department. They are not permitted to pass on the data and/or to use them in any other way than for the selection of applications. Your application documents will be deleted after the legal retention period.
